When I put this post up last week, I was not expecting it to get much exposure. I seem to have miscalculated. It's been linked by Vodkapundit, Joanne Jacobs, Winds of Change, Home Fires Burning, and Crazy Saddam. Wow.
Two things I'd like to do. First, I'd like to thank all of the above for the links, and I'm glad that the post struck a chord. I'd also like to thank everyone who stopped by.
Second, I'm getting a number of non-referred hits; that means the visitor did not click through from another site, but came directly here. If it's not too much trouble, could I ask those who came here through direct links to leave a comment or drop an e-mail letting me know how they heard of it?
I'm not trying to be nosy, and if you want to comment anonymously that's cool. I'm just very curious as to where this post has been, and how it has spread. It would be neat to track its progress through the internet.
Thanks!

Posted by: David Foster` on March 31, 2003 03:02 PMSome drunk guy at the Wynkoop kept telling me about this site a year ago. Skinny, bald, maybe you know him?
Posted by: Matt Moore on March 31, 2003 04:23 PMI came here from the "home fires burning" site, which linked to the article.
By the way, I like your quote at the top of the page. "Old at being young, young at being old." That's from BNL, right? (At least I remember them using it in one of their songs.)
Posted by: Aubrey Turner on March 31, 2003 07:11 PMSkinny, bald, and couldn't play pool worth a darn. At least that's how I remember him.
OK, ready for Saturday night, kids?
